How does my diamond program work?

Why you want to start?!

Step one.

When you have decided that NOW is the time to design your new and healthy and strong future we will together set up a schedule for all the sessions.
Then you will receive a questionnaire form that you need to fill out as detailed as possible. Always remember that the more honest and detailed you are with your answers, the better I am able to guide and coach you in a way that will be sustainable and everlasting and will give you the best results.

Ready for a reality check?

Step Two.

Our first meeting will consist of a Body Analysis that will measure your Muscle Mass, Fat Percentage, Visceral Fat Rating, BMI, Body Age, and much more.
This way I am able to track your progress even better during the Program.
After the Body Scan, we will have a talk about your questionnaire, your goals, eating habits, workout habits, and together we will plan for the most realistic way to design your new healthy lifestyle.
Then you will get your first Diamond Work Out Session.

Ready to workout?!

Step Three.

You will get two Work Out Sessions each week during the four DIAMOND Weeks.
Every week we will talk about how the week went, and if needed I will adjust and/or optimize your Diet or your Training.
Besides the workout you do with me I will also create a plan for your training on the days you are not doing sessions with me.

Ready to see your results?!

Step Four.

After your last Body Scan, we will sit down for a final conversation, and I will make sure to give you a lot of guidance on how to maintain your new healthy lifestyle.
A lot of clients have continued with a new DIAMOND round. So if it is something you would like, this is possible as well.
Some continue on one of my VIP Bootcamp Groups, Personal Training, Duo Trainings, or other Programs.
Whatever you choose, I will do my best to guide you.
